About MK Design and Interiors360

Interiors360 is a brand owned and operated by MK Design, a registered business firm based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. References to “Interiors360”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean MK Design operating under the Interiors360 brand. This policy applies to information published on interiors360.in and its pages, including portfolios, featured projects, pricing examples, design guides, videos, testimonials and consultation invitations.

We provide this information to help visitors understand our work and make informed enquiries. This disclaimer explains the context and limitations of general website information. It does not replace an accepted quotation or project agreement, exclude mandatory legal rights, or excuse an inaccurate or misleading representation.

02

Relationship with our other policies and agreements

Our Terms and Conditions govern website use and, where incorporated into an accepted engagement, our design and execution services. Our Privacy Policy addresses personal information. An applicable Cancellation and Refund Policy addresses cancellations and financial settlements when made available and incorporated as required.

For a paid project, the accepted scope, specifications, price, programme, warranties and agreed changes determine the parties’ contractual responsibilities, subject to applicable law. This disclaimer does not retrospectively amend those documents or create additional charges, approval requirements or liability caps.

03

General information and project specific advice

Website articles, guides, videos and descriptions provide general information and design inspiration. They cannot account for every property’s dimensions, construction, services, condition, permissions, use or household requirements. A solution suitable for one home may require adaptation or may be unsuitable for another.

Please seek a project-specific assessment before ordering materials, altering a property or relying on a design recommendation for execution. We remain responsible for advice and services that we expressly undertake to provide. Describing website information as general does not remove a duty that applies to a specific engagement.

04

Enquiries consultations and contract formation

Browsing the website, downloading a guide, viewing a portfolio or sending an enquiry does not by itself create a paid project contract, reserve production capacity or authorise procurement. A project is confirmed through the acceptance process stated in the relevant proposal or agreement.

A consultation advertised as free carries no consultation fee. Any separately chargeable site visit, detailed design or specialist service must be disclosed and accepted before the charge is incurred. Availability depends on our service capacity and the suitability of the requested work; this does not permit us to retain payment for a service we cannot provide without a lawful basis.

05

Indicative prices and project costs

“Starting from”, “starts at”, package prices and featured project costs relate to the scope and assumptions identified for that example or offer. They are not automatically the price of a complete interior solution for every home of the same bedroom count or floor area.

Actual pricing may depend on verified quantities, materials, finishes, hardware, accessories, civil work, services, access and installation requirements. The quotation must identify inclusions, exclusions and tax treatment before acceptance. Appliances, loose furniture, styling, lighting, transport or other displayed items are included only when the offer or accepted scope says so.

An asterisk does not replace a clear explanation of material conditions. We will clarify relevant assumptions and exclusions before the client commits. This section does not authorise hidden mandatory charges, an unavailable bait price, or a unilateral increase to an accepted fixed price.

06

Project timelines and completion examples

Durations displayed beside a featured project describe the identified example or an indicative programme with relevant stated assumptions. A similar property may require a different duration depending on design finalisation, procurement, site readiness, permitted working hours and the accepted scope.

The project agreement should identify commencement conditions, whether days are working or calendar days, and whether the completion date is an estimate or a binding commitment. Where a material dependency affects the programme, it should be explained clearly.

We will not use a general timeline qualification to disregard an express completion promise or excuse avoidable delay. Any extension, revised date or delay remedy is assessed under the accepted agreement, the actual cause and applicable law.

07

Photographs renders videos and displayed items

Our website uses photographs and visual content to present interiors, design ideas and project possibilities. An actual project photograph records a particular space at a particular time. A render, concept image, reference image or staged illustration communicates a proposed or illustrative appearance and should be identified appropriately where the distinction matters.

Lighting, camera lenses, editing, screen settings and viewing conditions can affect perceived colour, scale and texture. A photograph or render should not be used as a substitute for verified dimensions, specifications and approved physical samples where those are needed.

Decorative objects, artwork, furnishings, plants, appliances and other styling may not form part of a quoted scope. Relevant exclusions should be stated with the example or offer. This qualification does not permit us to misrepresent a concept as completed work, claim another creator’s project as our own, or disregard an agreed finish or deliverable.

08

Layouts dimensions and space planning

Room labels, bedroom counts, floor areas and sample layouts are contextual descriptions. Different apartments within the same community or development may have different structural layouts, service locations and usable dimensions.

Preliminary plans and promotional floor areas must be checked through the agreed project verification process before fabrication or installation. Recommendations for cabinet clearances, storage, lighting or circulation require consideration of actual site conditions and intended use. Our responsibility for measurement or verification depends on the services we undertake and the care reasonably required of us.

09

Materials colours finishes and performance

Natural materials may vary in grain, pattern, shade and texture. Manufactured products may have permitted batch variations. Screens and printed images do not guarantee an exact physical colour match. Relevant samples, grades, manufacturer specifications and agreed quality benchmarks should guide selection.

Descriptions such as premium, luxury or durable communicate a design or quality positioning in context; measurable claims about composition, grade, resistance, load, life or performance must be supported and read with the relevant product specifications.

Material behaviour can depend on installation, ventilation, moisture, use and maintenance. These factors do not authorise inferior substitutes, defective work or a departure from accepted specifications. A material change to an approved product or finish requires the approval required by the project agreement.

10

Product brands and availability

Manufacturer names, logos, product references and images identify relevant brands or products. Their appearance does not mean that every project includes every brand shown, that every listed product is currently available, or that we hold a particular dealership, certification or exclusive appointment unless that relationship is expressly stated and accurate.

Specific products, models, grades and quantities must be confirmed in the accepted quotation or specifications. A manufacturer’s product change or discontinuation may require discussion of alternatives. It does not automatically authorise an inferior substitution or a price increase without the required agreement.

Third-party trademarks and intellectual property belong to their respective owners. We remain responsible for the accuracy of any partnership, authorisation or supply claim we make.

11

Builder names and residential communities

References to property developers, apartment projects or residential communities help visitors identify locations, property types or relevant interior examples. Naming or showing a community does not, by itself, mean the developer endorses, authorises or guarantees MK Design, or that MK Design represents that developer.

Any formal association must be expressly described and accurate. We do not speak for developers, associations or other owners unless expressly authorised. Property information, apartment availability, possession dates, builder warranties and association permissions should be verified with the responsible party.

A developer reference is not a property sales offer or a representation that all units have the same design, dimensions or interiors. We remain responsible for factual claims we make about our own work at a particular location.

12

Educational content and technical safety

Our knowledge videos and guides may discuss kitchens, wardrobes, lighting, flooring, appliances, fabrication, ceilings and related topics. They support understanding and comparison; they are not a complete technical specification, safety assessment or instruction to undertake hazardous work.

Structural alterations, electrical work, gas connections, fire precautions, anchoring, waterproofing and similar activities require appropriate assessment, permissions and competent execution. Please do not remove walls, cut structural elements, relocate services or install heavy suspended items solely on the basis of general website content.

Applicable requirements and manufacturer instructions must be followed for the actual installation. Where we undertake specialist assessment or execution, our contractual and legal responsibilities remain intact.

13

Vastu preferences and outcome claims

Where we discuss Vastu or other traditional design preferences, the information is provided for clients who wish to consider those preferences. Such discussion is not a promise of financial success, health improvement, personal wellbeing or any other guaranteed life outcome.

Client preferences should be considered alongside safety, functional needs, structural constraints and legal requirements. No traditional preference should be used to justify unsafe work or disregard a mandatory requirement.

14

Existing conditions and independent execution

General website descriptions cannot reveal concealed wiring, seepage, infestation, structural issues or other conditions at a visitor’s property. Those matters require assessment within the agreed scope and, where necessary, specialist investigation.

For design-only engagements or work implemented by an independently appointed contractor, responsibility depends on the agreed services and the cause of any issue. We do not automatically supervise or guarantee an independent contractor’s workmanship merely because our design is referenced. We remain responsible for our own agreed design, coordination or other services and any breach or negligence attributable to us.

15

Warranties and onsite support

Our website refers to extended warranties for qualifying core materials and a period of onsite service support. Material warranties, product warranties, workmanship obligations and onsite support are different commitments and must be explained accurately for the relevant project.

The applicable documents should identify covered products, the warranty provider, duration, commencement, covered defects, remedies, exclusions and responsibility for labour, removal, transport and installation. A manufacturer warranty should not be represented as blanket cover for every part of an interior project.

This disclaimer does not cancel an applicable advertised benefit or reduce a warranty already promised. A material qualification must be explained before purchase and alongside the relevant claim where required. Mandatory remedies for defective goods or deficient services remain available independently of a voluntary warranty.

16

Testimonials reviews and individual experience

Testimonials and project stories describe particular clients’ experiences. Individual preferences, property conditions and project scopes differ, so one client’s experience is not a guarantee of an identical result or completion period for every future engagement.

Reviews and endorsements must be presented honestly and with appropriate permissions. Material incentives or commercial relationships affecting an endorsement should be disclosed where required. Excerpts must not distort the original meaning, and illustrative material must not be presented as a genuine client statement.

This section does not excuse a fabricated review or an unsupported objective performance claim. Visitors remain free to give honest feedback and make good faith complaints.

17

Offers complimentary services and availability

Promotions, discounts, complimentary photoshoots and other benefits apply to the eligible services and conditions stated with the offer. Material eligibility criteria, duration, quantity limits, inclusions and exclusions must be communicated before commitment.

An offer described as free must not conceal a compulsory charge for the advertised free benefit. Availability restrictions must reflect actual circumstances. A change to a future promotion does not withdraw a benefit already accepted as part of a valid engagement without a lawful basis.

A complimentary project photoshoot does not by itself authorise publication of a client’s identity or home. Publicity permissions are addressed separately under our Privacy Policy and the relevant consent process.

18

External links embedded content and downloads

Our website may link to or embed maps, WhatsApp, social media, video platforms, manufacturer information and other external resources. These services may change, become unavailable or apply their own terms and privacy practices. Please review relevant third-party information before relying on it or submitting information directly to that service.

An external link does not make us responsible for every independently published statement on the destination website. However, we remain responsible for our own representations, lawful integration choices and obligations relating to providers engaged to deliver our services. Subcontracting our agreed scope does not automatically transfer our responsibility to the client.

Downloadable guides are intended for their stated informational purpose. We take reasonable care with materials we provide, but cannot guarantee compatibility with every device or uninterrupted access to an external resource.

19

Website accuracy changes and interruptions

We aim to keep our website accurate and useful. Services, product information, examples and availability may change, and technical or editorial errors can occur. Please contact us if a material point appears unclear or inconsistent so we can investigate and correct it appropriately.

An error does not give us an unrestricted right to cancel a concluded contract or rewrite an accepted price. The legal effect depends on the circumstances, the accepted terms and applicable law.

Maintenance, connectivity problems or other disruptions may affect website access. We do not promise uninterrupted operation or that every external resource will remain available. This qualification does not excuse a failure to exercise reasonable care or remove obligations under an existing project agreement.

20

Privacy communications and payment safety

Our Privacy Policy explains personal information handling, cookies, relevant sharing and privacy requests. This disclaimer does not provide blanket consent for tracking, marketing, publicity or data sharing. An enquiry does not by itself waive applicable communication restrictions.

Use the business contact details published on our website and verify changed payment instructions through a previously established contact. Do not provide passwords, PINs, OTPs or card security codes to a person claiming to represent us. A fraudulent account using our name is not authorised merely because it uses our logo.

Responsibility for an actual security or payment incident depends on evidence and applicable law. This caution does not disclaim our own security obligations or responsibility for failures attributable to us.

21

Limits of this disclaimer

To the extent permitted by law, we do not undertake to provide a site-specific design, technical assessment or guaranteed commercial outcome through general website information alone. Loss is assessed according to applicable duties, causation and the facts, including reasonable steps to reduce avoidable harm.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, mandatory consumer or product liability, misleading representations where liability cannot be excluded, or another obligation that cannot lawfully be restricted.

This policy does not create an automatic monetary liability cap, shorten a statutory limitation period, impose a penalty for a complaint, or require a waiver of honest reviews or legal claims. Any lawful project-specific allocation of risk must be set out and accepted through the relevant contractual process.

22

Applicable law and consumer rights

This disclaimer is to be read consistently with Indian law. A competent consumer commission, regulator, court or other statutory forum retains the powers and jurisdiction given to it by law. No website disclaimer requires a visitor or client to give up a mandatory remedy.

Material qualifications should be clear where the claim is made. A link to this policy does not replace an important price, timeline, warranty or promotional condition that needs prominent disclosure. If a provision conflicts with a mandatory requirement, that requirement prevails.

23

Updates to this policy

We may update this disclaimer prospectively to reflect changes in our website or services and will display the revised effective date. An update does not retrospectively alter an existing project agreement, withdraw an accrued right or authorise a new use of personal information requiring separate permission.
